Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Antipla.com, including the website, online checker, reports, account features, pricing pages, and related services. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

Antipla.com is operated by System Technology Online Spain SL, Calle Pintor Pérez Gil 2, B.46, 03540 Alicante, Spain. In these Terms, “Antipla.com,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the operator of the service. “User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person or organization using the website or services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or services.

2. Service Overview

Antipla.com provides online text review tools for anti-plagiarism checking and AI-writing signal review. The service may allow users to upload documents, paste text, choose available checking options, and receive reports with information such as possible source matches, similarity signals, AI-writing indicators, and sections that may require citation, revision, or closer review.

The service is intended to support text review. It does not replace human judgment, editorial review, academic assessment, legal review, or professional decision-making.

3. Reports Are Support Tools, Not Final Proof

Reports generated by Antipla.com are informational support tools. A report does not by itself prove plagiarism, AI authorship, academic misconduct, copyright infringement, or intentional misuse of sources.

Plagiarism and AI-writing results should be interpreted with context. Relevant context may include writing history, assignment rules, citation standards, draft development, institutional policy, editorial requirements, and other facts available to the user or reviewer.

You are responsible for reviewing and interpreting any report before relying on it or sharing it with a third party.

4. Eligibility and User Responsibility

You may use Antipla.com only if you can lawfully enter into and comply with these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Antipla.com is lawful, ethical, and consistent with any academic, professional, institutional, or contractual rules that apply to you.

5. Accounts and Access

Some features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You must not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account unless the activity results from a security failure caused by us. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at [email protected].

6. Submitted Content

You may submit text, documents, or other materials for checking. You retain ownership of your submitted content. By submitting content, you grant Antipla.com a limited right to process that content only as necessary to provide the requested service, generate reports, maintain service security, comply with legal obligations, and support account or billing operations where applicable.

You confirm that you have the rights or permission required to submit the content you upload or paste into the service. You must not submit content that violates the rights of another person or organization, applicable law, or these Terms.

We do not claim ownership of user-submitted content. More information about data handling is provided in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Antipla.com to:

  • violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • upload content that you do not have the right to process through the service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service;
  • use automated tools to access the service without permission;
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written approval;
  • misrepresent report results as final proof of misconduct or authorship;
  • use the service in a way that harms other users, the platform, or third parties.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that continued access may create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

8. Plagiarism Checking

The plagiarism checking function may compare submitted text with available sources and generate information about possible matches, source overlap, and similarity signals. Results depend on available data, file quality, language, document structure, selected options, and other technical factors.

A similarity result does not automatically mean that plagiarism occurred. Some matches may reflect properly quoted text, common phrases, references, technical terminology, templates, or other legitimate overlap. Users should review the report carefully and apply the relevant citation or editorial standards.

9. AI-Writing Signal Review

The AI detector may review writing patterns that can indicate AI-generated or AI-assisted text. Results are based on signals and probability-style indicators, not direct knowledge of authorship.

AI-writing results may be affected by text length, language, editing, translation, writing style, topic, human revision, and other factors. A result should be used as a reason for closer review, not as automatic proof that a text was or was not generated by AI.

10. File Formats and Technical Limits

Antipla.com may support common text and document formats such as DOC, DOCX, TXT, PDF, pasted text, and other formats shown in the interface. Supported formats, upload limits, processing times, and available features may change over time.

Some content may not be extracted correctly from image-only documents, scans, protected files, unusual formatting, corrupted files, or files with embedded non-editable text. Users are responsible for checking whether the submitted document was processed as expected.

11. Pricing, Payments, and Subscriptions

Available plans, prices, payment models, checking limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page or during checkout. Prices may vary by plan, billing period, promotional offer, region, taxes, currency, or payment provider rules.

If you choose a recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing terms shown at purchase. You are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and up to date.

We may modify pricing, plan names, included features, or billing options. Changes will apply according to the notice shown on the website, in your account, or during renewal where applicable.

12. Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription using available account tools or by contacting support at [email protected]. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past payments or already used checks unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise in your plan or required by law.

13. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the plan, payment status, feature usage, technical issue, applicable consumer law, and other relevant circumstances. If you believe a refund should apply, contact [email protected] and include the account email, transaction details, and reason for the request.

Fees for completed checks, used credits, generated reports, or already provided digital services may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If you are an EU consumer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply in certain circumstances, subject to legal exceptions for digital services or services already performed with the required consent and acknowledgment.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website or service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, security events, third-party provider issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may change, suspend, remove, or update features at any time. We may also change the interface, reporting format, supported file types, checking options, or technical infrastructure.

15. Third-Party Services

Antipla.com may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, security, email delivery, file processing, or other technical functions. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us. Links to third-party websites do not mean endorsement, approval, or responsibility for their content or practices.

16. Intellectual Property

The website, software, interface, reports, design elements, logos, text, graphics, icons, and other service materials are owned by Antipla.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website and reports only for lawful purposes and only as allowed by these Terms. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative services from Antipla.com without written permission.

17. User Feedback

If you send suggestions, comments, ideas, or feedback about Antipla.com, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the service without obligation to compensate you. We will not intentionally publish personal information from feedback without permission unless required by law.

18. Privacy

Your use of the website and services is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data, uploaded content, cookies, account information, and related data may be handled.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data handling, the Privacy Policy will apply to that specific data protection issue.

19. Disclaimers

Antipla.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from harmful components, or suitable for every purpose.

We do not guarantee that every source match, similarity issue, citation issue, AI-writing indicator, or authorship concern will be identified. We also do not guarantee that any report will be accepted by a school, university, employer, publisher, authority, or third party.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Antipla.com, its operators, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, reputational harm, or decisions made based on reports.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability will be limited to the greatest extent allowed by law.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Antipla.com, its operator, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Antipla.com if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, misused the service, created security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, violated third-party rights, or used the service unlawfully.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Antipla.com after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
